  1. Hmm, I guess that’s how it is, unfortunately for me, I don’t have a wife and I don’t want my Girlfriend choosing a home for me… I’ll have to struggle choosing the house myself.

Dennis - we have a funny saying at our house that “the women pick the house or condo and the men find a way to pay for it” - while my husband and I are equals - many of the things you mentioned above he defers to me - when it comes to “what it’s going to cost” - that’s got his attention.
