We were on a mission to find a home in Virginia Beach in two days. It did not take long to figure out this women was in charge of all the details for their new real estate purchase. Just look at these reaffirming facts:

2. Home builders are catering more to female home buyers and altering their marketing to attract
this group.

Hmm, I guess that’s how it is, unfortunately for me, I don’t have a wife and I don’t want my Girlfriend choosing a home for me… I’ll have to struggle choosing the house myself.
Dennis - we have a funny saying at our house that “the women pick the house or condo and the men find a way to pay for it” - while my husband and I are equals - many of the things you mentioned above he defers to me - when it comes to “what it’s going to cost” - that’s got his attention.
