Virginia Beach Real Estate Alanton Neighborhood Sales and Actives Last 365 Days

Alanton real estate is located in Virginia Beach just off Mill Dam Road, close to both First Colonial and Great Neck Road.

Alanton is an upscale real estate development with homes dating back to the 1950s and many new homes resulting from tear downs and rebuilding.

Many homes are situated on deep water, making it ideal for boaters or those wanting water views. As you will see below, real estate prices vary from a low sold of $435,000 to an active home with 21,000 square feet and a sixteen million (yes 16 million) dollar price tag. (Please let me know if I can sell you this gorgeous piece of Virginia Beach real estate with deep water access).

Alanton schools are superb with Alanton elementary, Great Neck Middle, and Cox High School being in close proximity.  Alanton is also next door to Cape Henry collegiate private school which has an outstanding reputation and Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital located on First Colonial Road.
